Shipping Policy for KMK Gadgets

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India to all serviceable pin codes. For Kerala and Tamil Nadu, we offer faster delivery. We do not ship internationally at this time.

2. Processing Time

- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

- Orders placed on Sundays/public holidays are processed the next business day.

- During sale periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.

3. Shipping Time & Delivery Partners

We ship via Ekart, DTDC, and Delhivery depending on your location.

Metro Cities 3-5 business days

Rest of India 4-7 business days

Remote Areas 5-9 business days

Delivery times are estimates and start after your order is shipped. You’ll get a tracking link/ID via WhatsApp/SMS/Email once dispatched.

4. Shipping Charges

- Prepaid: ₹50

- Cash On Delivery: ₹100

- Exact charges are shown at checkout before payment

5. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive the tracking ID and courier link via WhatsApp/Email/SMS. You can also track it under “My Orders” on our website.

6. Delivery Issues

- If the courier attempts delivery and you’re unavailable, they’ll attempt 2 more times before returning to us.

- Please ensure your phone is reachable and address is complete with landmark.

- We are not responsible for delays due to natural calamities, strikes, or courier delays.

7. Damaged/Missing Items in Transit

If your package arrives damaged or tampered, please immediately record an unboxing video and send us at 9361851099 on WhatsApp within 24 hours from delivery time with the video + order ID.
