Terms & Conditions for KMK Gadgets

Welcome to KMK Gadgets. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. General

1.1 KMK Gadgets (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates http://kmkgadgets.com and sells electronics & accessories across India.

1.2 By using this site, you confirm you are at least 18 years old or accessing under parental supervision.

1.3 We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

2. Account & Orders

2.1 You agree to provide accurate name, phone, email, and address details when ordering.

2.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including: product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violation of these terms.

2.3 Order confirmation does not guarantee stock. If an item is unavailable after payment, we will notify you and issue a full refund within 5-7 business days.

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1 All prices are listed in INR and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

3.2 We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If you ordered at an incorrect price, we’ll contact you to confirm or cancel the order.

3.3 Payments are processed securely via Razorpay/UPI/Cards. We do not store card details.

3.4 For COD orders, ₹100 shipping fee applies. Refunds for COD cancellations are via UPI/bank transfer only.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Shipping timelines and charges are as per our Shipping Policy.

4.2 Risk of loss transfers to you once the courier marks the order as delivered.

4.3 You must record an unboxing video for any damage/missing item claims.

5. Replacement & Returns

5.1 We follow a 24-hour replacement policy from delivery. Details are in our Replacement Policy.

5.2 We do not accept returns for change of mind. Only defective/wrong/damaged items are eligible.

5.3 Warranty issues after 24 hours must be handled via brand/manufacturer warranty.

6. Product Information

6.1 We try to display product colors/specs accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings or manufacturer updates.

6.2 Product images are for representation. Box contents are as listed in the description.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to: use the site for fraud, attempt to breach security, copy content for commercial use, or place fake/bulk orders to disrupt operations.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — logos, text, graphics, product images — belongs to KMK Gadgets or our suppliers. You may not reuse it without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 KMK Gadgets is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or damages from misuse of products.

9.2 Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

9.3 We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or strikes.
